Refund & Returns Policy

At Sunday Folk, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

To request a return, please contact us at sundayfolkau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sundayfolkau@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used room sprays.

• Opened or used diffuser oils.

• Opened or used incense products.

• Custom or personalised products.

• Gift cards.

• Sale or clearance items.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, we may accept a return provided:

• The item is unused and unopened.

• It is in its original packaging.

• Your return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
